Felix, sleepy, replied negatively then hanged up, obviously like he wasn't in the mood for talking right now. Scotty looked angrily towards his cellphone, tossing it away, then he headed to his bed, closing his eyes. He thought about his idea all night long. Next day he got dressed and headed to Clucking Bell, then sent a SMS to Felix, saying : ''Meet at Cluckin'. After a few, Felix arrived at Clucking Bell, taking a seat infront of Scotty, nodding. Scotty raises his eyebrow then asked him Thought about wha' i said yesterday?.
Felix nodded, then pointed towards outside the window. Ya' see this? This is the perfect place for a crew's hood. Scotty smiled, then got up from his seat, heading outside. He pointed towards his Tahoma, then walked towards it, entering and grabbing the set of keys, inserting them into the ignition and spinning. Holmes, We heading towards the twenny' fo' seven, getting ourselves hooked up with a spraycan. They entered the store, grabbing a blue spraycan, analizing it carefully. This should do tha' job. They got into the tahoma then hit the gas back towards their hood, behind of the car wash. They stepped out of their car, walking closer to the wall, tagging it with ''Upper Street Locos'' affiliated spraytags. Day by day, they got deeper into gangbanging, they started to slang drugs and weapons on the block. Everything was perfect, cops didn't even know about the activites going on there.
They were developing different illegal activities around da' block, stealing, muggling, tagging, shooting, armed scams and whatnot. It all worked perfectly, everyone was fearing the notorious ''UPL''. Years passed, and it is 1993 now, Los Santos is more dangerous than ever, there are alot of gangs around, and cops are more powerful than ever. But UPL will never be layed down, once big, forever big. Felix and Scotty are now trying to live the America crazy life, and take their gang up to the top. ''Power is one thing which is achieved by hard work and dedication.''
