Story: Me and [FYB]Lil_J were leaving our shop (Rpl'y OWN it) in Idlewood next to the pay n spray (named Jamaican Heat) and asked [FYB]Lil_Devil to watch the shop for us. As we were leaving I saw a Varrios climbing ontop of our shop and he was holding a spray can. (I can tell its a Varrios since he had official [VLA] tag indicating he wears an official VLA rag) we turn back and hop out of the car and [FYB]Lil_J "/me untucks his Tec9" and aims it at him and "/scream Hey rasclot off da roof!" We see him run up ontop of the tip top of the roof so [FYB]Lil_J shoots. We both jump ontop of the ledge and run up there. [FYB]Lil_Devil sees and hears what happened from inside and runs up there with us. We tell him I.C "/scream HANDS UP FOO'!" and than he takes the entire RP into ooc. Complaining that we DM'd or MG'd that we dont know hes a Varrios etc. The main point is we shot him and told him to put his hands up, but instead he argued /b and !!!/AFK ABUSED!!! i told him enough argueing oocly no more /b im going to rp for now on. He refused and kept flaming the /b chat. and never did /handsup non gun fear.... i told him IC "PUT UR HANDS UP OR WE SHOOT!" "YOU GOT 3 SECOUNDS TO PUT UR HANDS UP OR WE SHOOT!" i counted to 3 and shot ...but did not kill because he typed /afk to avoid dieing etc. also he ooc insulted talking shit about FYB saying noone likes us etc. -.- like ffs its a game. He just whined cuz he lost and after he was done whining ...to avoid loosing his guns he /q and left the server

6. STILL REFUSING TO /BACK although hes on his keyboard abusing /afk and /qing to avoid rp and loosing guns.


7. After he left went back to our rp ....just another shot of him leaving the server -.-


As you can see MANY rules were broken by him and he deserves punishment....disarm....wanrs...etc. your choice admins...The /afk has been being abused way too many times and i see it everyday.Even if its a hacker attacking u u dotn use /afk just so u dont die u screen it and accept the death..../afk should be scripted so that u can still move around and talk freely and just like if u were I.G just shows a server message showing u r afk....too many people abuse the /afk and cheat thier way out of an RP, /afk shouldnt affect ur health and people should be able to kill u still...if u want to go /afk and u dont want ppl killingu press ESC and come back and UN-ESC and /back and play........Thanks hope you found this helpfull

Well when you take your gang skin then you are RPing with your gang
colours...If you want to RP with other clothes and other stuff take
civilian skin...If you want to stay safe,then stay to your hood...

Well that's not true. A person can use a gang skin and rp not having any gang colors on, which i was doing. But it doesn't matter because I was randomly walking down the street then I jumped on top of a building and was shot. Your argument is weak Api.

1.Explained entire story on top we didnt randomly shoot it was because we saw u with a spray can etc. Another gang on our roof that we aimed the gun at....u saw the /me and u ran so we SHOT! explained above ffs ^^
2. We never took it to /b we told u "hands up" and the first one to go ooc is u on the SS shows it. whining that we supposivly MG or DM dude just cuz we caught u and u lost or u were planning a different rp and it went a different way doesnt matter. Go with the rp ffs stop abusing /afk and stop /b.
3. IDK where u live but IRL here in america in compton california or all of L.A especially what ive seen on the news gang shoot people JUST for wearing a color of another gang in thier neighborhood. IRL if another gang saw another gang on the roof of thier shop with a spray can aiming at the wall (like we saw u doing) about to spray ....i think theyd shoot if they usually just shoot for colors lol. Anyway way we didnt shoot to kill we shot to injure, after u ran up to the roof we "/shout HANDS UP" and u never did it and took the enitire RP into ooc ffs -.-. I have no doubt u can rp and ur reputation is good, But this particular time u rulebroke once we never did, ive never rped with u before but on this particular time u RULEBROKE SO MANY TIMES ITS CRAZY lol
4.We did have a reason, Another gang....with his rag ([VLA] particularly means u wear the vla rag) ...on the roof of our shop (we rply own) with a spray can...aiming at the wall about to spray......so [FYB]Lil_J tucked out his gun and shot to injure. IRL dude black nigguhs shoot first ask questions later, we usually dont do that but in this particular time we did....PLUS we didnt even shoot when u were up there WE "/me untucks tec" AND U RAN....SO WE SHOT LOL WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SHOOT WHEN U RUN! XD IF U NEVER WOULD HAVE RUN WE WOULDNT HAVE ENE SHOT IN THE FIRST PLACE! we aimed and u saw our /me and apperently ran....
5. Keep showing how much we dm and mg? dude ffs its a game EVERY SINGLE PERSON on this server just whines when they loose /afk abuse and quits. And if we werent on fyb we wouldnt have this problem. but since were in fyb and u all haters for no reason since uve never rped with us lol u just rulebreak to get away from a lost rp or situation.
6.We never said noob etc. [FYB]Lil_Devil said "/b Leave this newbie all ballas -.-" and ran off the roof....than u started flaming /b Only him said it not anyone else. But he had the right to becasue in that situation u were acting like a "Newbie" non rping, refusing to rp, non gun fear, abusing /afk, etc. it doesnt show we broke any rules and ive just showed my entire side of the story.
7. Apperently u do care about loosing your weapons considering you /afk to avoid dieing and /q to avoid the rp and loosing weapons. I never rob guns from anyone. When thier injured i just rp that i killed them shoot them and they die and loose thier guns. And apperently u are immature considering the fact you are cursing and flamming ooc and on this report, which im the one not cursing etc. and explaning the entire report over again -.- for people that couldnt understand. lol like i said FYB let ourselfs die...a hacker/ rulebreaker weed came to our shop and dmed us all ....injured Lil_J but we still kept it rp and reported him....he died and lost his weapons but we accepted it as and rp and reported him. We dont care if we loose our guns, well we do of course, but we rather RP than loosing guns -.- ...

What /me? You did nothing I was getting on top of the building to look at a wall and take an SS. So what you're saying is completely not relevant. You had no reason for shooting me besides the fact that you don't know how to rp and you thought that you could. And I did /afk to avoid being deathmatched because thats what it was, pure deathmatching.

I read the posts. When you have a gang skin and a colored tag, it is common sense that you have gang colors to represent your gang, especially since we are based in the 90s. Or else everybody would go around saying he has no gang affiliation when caught, to save himself. If you want to be unmarked, pick and use a civilian skin.

The three Ballas members could have done a better role play or an act of violence than directly shooting, aiming, trying to kill or whatever was planned and went through, especially since he was unarmed and all he had was a spray can.

No actions taken, but next time, if there is one, Nyne won't slip. This report will be put in use in future reports. Thanks for reporting, locking.
