What are you reporting this person for?: Using shotgun during a shootout at daylight, and you can see he killed Paul with a shotgun. Also saying that I did it too, but it was to shoot Lil J for RP purposes, once I PMed Rick I believe when the beef with RHB started and asked if we could shoot Barry at daylight with shotgun for IC reason, he said yes, so we did. They rambo too, I didin't get screens of the battle but Paul is my witness. Jizi Mane also used shotgun for shootout. Also, so you know we told them to not use shotgun during the shootout, but they still used the shotguns even when we said stop. So, admins please take action.

Yeah they should be warned or dissarmed, we were planning a drive-by on them and then we see them in the car, we all got out and cliff and jizal mane got their shotguns out and me and rhyme got our deagles out. We already said in /b that shotguns arent aloud in daylight and they continued using it. Rhyme did use the shotgun on Lil J for an IC purpose.

1. We killed u with shotgun for IC purposes also u attacked and kidnapped and shot [FYB]Lil_J
2. We planned attack on u and got stocked up
3. We pulled infront of ur car and got out....i said IC.... "HANDSUP" u BOTH got out of the car and aimed guns....
4. ME &[FYB]Lil_J didnt rambo we stayed behind one car our car only the entire time during shootout...the one that ramboed was Jiz, and he admitted.
5. Did not see any /b hey cant use shotgun. to focused on shootout to see...if u have screens that u said that please post cuz i didnt see it.
6. I admit using shotgun of course cuz i did and it was for IC purpose and planned attack. We saw BOTH of u and paul using them so we assumed we can too....If that was against rules please admins take action on me and i apologize.
7. Ryhme attacked a friendly balla for "ACCENT" thought [FYB]Lil_J was insulting him but he just has a jamaican accent I.G and has stated that! And after we took ryhme down and he auto crack from low health he /afk abused afk so he wouldnt die...Also i did /me shoots him in the face wen he was cracked and he refused rp....AND he said in /b "im back" , etc. but never did /back until he gave his guns to his friend than allowed me to kill him...
8. I waited until he came /back to kill him because rules say im allowed to so i did...
9. ALSO as u can see...his friend telling him to relog or run..wtf...and him pming his friend to come over there and give him his guns so he wouldnt loose them. PMING somone during rp or wen cracked...MG telling him where u r etc.
10. Jiz and [FYB]Lil_J is witnees to all this and i have screens of everything...Ill post if admins need me to...and he should be disarmed for abusing /afk and trading guns to his friend to avoid loosing them :/ and ill report him for it later dont feel liek it now... Thanks

Methodman, first of all you used the shotgun for a shootout, not for IC purposes.
Also, I did /afk to defend myself against your rulebreaking.
You say I can't attack a friendly Balla, you said "You can't attack ALLIES", I can since I'm the leader of TDB, I decide who's my allies and who's not my allies, this ain't SOLS.

No, so you can't say that I broke a rule for that since I didin't do any of those actions.
I did not want to loose my weapons due to someone breaking the rules...so....yeah..
Also, you actually must not have saw, we said to stop using the shotguns at some point.
You continued to use the shotguns.
Also, when I said "I'm back" I mean't I was back from the forums after I made this report.
I did not /back due to the fact you rule broke and would kill me if I did /back and would loose my weapons.
I won't loose the guns I paid for to someone that broke a rule and wants to kill me.
We did not get screen of when we said to stop using the shotguns simply because we were in a shootout.
If I would have taken screen of us saying not to use the shotguns we would of been killed by the SHOTGUNS.
I was concentrated on the shootout and I'm sure Paul was too.

Nyne is right, [FYB] is becoming a DM, rulebreaking faction.
Constant reports on them.
The report section was full of reports involving [FYB] members one day.
This has to stop.
This gang is unorganized, all I see honestly, is a group of people attacking factions 24/7.
The leader needs to control his members, this gang is basicly lost.

Api and Sean are inactive.
[FYB] is becoming what [RHB] was when [RHB] was DMing, accept this time, worse.
The problem seems to be getting worse, too.
[FYB] and what [RHB] was a long time ago is the soul reason Ballas has a bad name.
There are some very good Ballas RPers but they are looking like trash due to these DMers.
Something MUST be done, I mean MUST be done to fix this problem.
I mean Api and Sean are no where to be found while these members do whatever they want.

1. We did use it for IC roleplay purposes. The purpose was You kidnapped and attacked an allie for no "insulting", which he didnt, and left him to die RP'ly. So we figured out stocked up on weapons to get u back. we said "HANDS UP" but apperently u didnt gun fear and just jumped out of the car aming guns...
2. I did break rule about using a shotgun in a shootout during night time... I am new to the server and have read rules but didnt see that one. ill read them more carefully this time. and i am admiting to that.
3.Does not matter if somone is rulebreaking....In the rules is SPECIFICALLY SAYS if somone is rule breaking doesnt mean u can rulebreak either. just F8 screenshot and report. You rulebroke to avoid a rulebreaker, Dilemma but against rules. Cannot od that and should be punished for it.. Youve even admitted it ^^ in ur last post.
4. I understand you can choose your allies ur the leader, but when u attack allies for stupid reasons like not understanding wat he said or thinking he insulted u cuz of his accent its not RP and not fun -.- its dumb.
5. U did not relog and u did not /back run but he wanted u to gave u the idea to and shows what he would have tryed to do or have done ...shows that ur gang is no more no less of a rulebreakers than us.

I examine my member's RP, they don't NonRP or DM, you say Api tests his members and look at all this DM and reports on [FYB].
It's nothing to everyone when a faction that's not Ballas posts that Ballas are DMing and etc.
It means something when their own Ballas faction posts something against them.

Who said that i'm ragging them because i have seen them one time?Are you dumb or what?The guyz that i ragged are Sean who is the Co-Leader and he is quite good RPer and never caused problems.Spikey who is very good,and never caused problems...HT who has very good skills...Frazer who has very good skillz and never caused problems and Spark who is the same with the guyz above...Now about Lil J and Cliff i know them fron an another server and they are good.They didn't read the rules...Their RP skillz are very good...I can't make something if they don't read the rules,the only thing is just to warn them and then kick them if the continue...When i RPed with them they never bring me any trouble or whatever...Oh and Dizzle and Snoop who were very good but left...Which one you don't like?

Proves myu point.....Btw we did read rules .....we just saw them using shotguns and figured....we could too...did not see that rule and IVE APOLOGIZED ^^ scroll up if u didnt see....and have accepted i rule broke and will accept any punishment admins give me... i will read over the rules again make sure i havent missed anything......and Api has proved his point, he gives us a gang warn and makes sure we dont do it again, Like when i was a leader of a faction in my last server....And if we continue or more problems are encountered...we get kicked and i totally agree and understand. So Rhyme you can see the reason why my boyz rulebroke...The only thing i can see is that everyone report us for stupid reasons and everyone trying to find something to say about us...That we DM,Non-RP and other shit...When i'm playing for real none of my members is rulebreaking...On the other hand,i can see many guyz of other factions rulebreaking every single minute...
