It's the characters choice not PD's choice. There was only one police officer walking towards them
and I don't see nothing bad in this picture either. Everything was RPed correctly wasn't it?

It's poor role play. People don't stand around with their weapons out and point them at police officers, especially Mafia members. If this was real life, the Mafia members will now have warrants and be arrested for long, that's why they wouldn't do what the players did, and just talk to the officer. No action taken, take it in-character - put warrants on them and arrest them. Thanks for reporting, locking.
