This isn't a voting topic, usually I just test them for about 3 to 5 days or so, & see how they RP as that character, if they do good then they'l get the skin, if not then they get rejected & the test goes to another player. But yes, I know he can RP fine, Andre has just been tested first since he asked 1st on this topic, so Gigo for now is RPing as a mute until w/e happens, happens.
