If you dont follow the following rules, you will get punished! You dont have to work for your body, but it gives you more Respect.

(( You can break this rule, but it wont give you much respect around the hood - post screens ((atleast 3 and tell me for how much hours you worked out )) if you did a workout. IF youre working for your body, you'll get promoted more faster ))
