What did the person do?:i just logged in and i walked last then a minute and then they just drived by allieng with each other

i dont remember who drived but on of them leaned out with the AK47 in the car started shooting me when i just Spawned
then they got out and started shooting me both of them when they arent even from the same gang AS i said they Allied
And i asked in /b Allies?,he Said /b Yes

What do you think, how should the person be punished if he did rulebreak?:Well u dont know the punishment of Allieng And not stoping it and doing it on porpuse
So i cant Say what the PUnishment of it could be..
But As i think Allies could be Banable
But the question is for how long
