First off to make it fair I had several incidents with him in the past I don't have evidence about those thus I won't use them I'll use evidence I got sent and I'd like players to add stories they had if any other admin or anyone else has anymore you may add them.

I'll start off by saying he RP a Sicilian white male with an accent so sanding in a rag in mexican skin doesn't count as disguse let alone a good one infact it attracts more attention. Then all of a sudden he's on a bike in his regular skin spying on the group which even had switched cars notice the burrito. Then again switching to his "disguse" to kill Hector. I doubt he can both keep track on them and switch customes to a car and still somehow know where he was odd but I know what you're thinking maybe it took them in diffrent times but then again knowing LS the places are so close I doubt they just happen to be there again but let's hear it from the members of DP to know.

Next batch of pictures starts off with seeing a balla skined guy (Rhyme to say) running to a tahoma from what seems like a perfect angel to spy on. In a realistic situation people will notice him taking this picture unless it's the special CCTV camera Bull talks of which I doubt a killer mobster can get that easy access to but then again he's a ninja too.Then he's on a bridge looking backwards like first off: ????. No human can see that far and you're on a highway bridge meaning many cars will be there which leaves the rear view mirror which won't show him that much detail let along to know it's the same people and they have painted their car I'd assume a tahoma as a purchasable car would be a that uncommon that he'll just know its the same one and from that height how can he see license plate, people's faces?.
The same biker style disguise I mean is he a ninja again with so many wigs and body types accents and so on?
I'll even ignore the use of a sniper which is an admin command weapon and if given to a regular player he'll be auto kicked for suspected weapon cheats.
And the final evidence I have from an hit gone wrong by DP crew to Bull, hiding behind walls on a rooftop and somehow he had seen them. All screens unedited sent by Rashid:

The whole community knows about how much he MG's and PG's to escape any situation against him.
I'd like to mention some MG he was responsible for a few days ago. The details may be a little off in some spots but I know someone will correct me. He and his crew were in a spot and Katie called the cops on them after seeing this. I forgot who, but someone said to call PD members individually because /911 is bugged and upon seeing this, Buhinc and his crew MG'ed the situation and decided to leave. Buhinc said in his own words, "dopedealers called the cops." How would he know this at all unless he decided to MG?

I'd also like to mention that he knows literally EVERYTHING about every faction. I don't know how he knew I was the leader of DP because I work discreetly. He "spotted" us in those SS's that Rashid took because he heard the sound of Gundus landing on his feet and upon arriving for the deal he was acting as if he already knew something was up. Spawning weapons for himself with the excuse that he is a mafia member and therefor can do whatever he wants?

I'd also like to add my own two cents to this. It was me with Katie in willowfield outside of Emmett's when that whole incident went down and as soon as she called within 1-2 minutes he was rushing himself and his members out.

I'd also like to add that he spectates everyone's roleplay with no reason and uses it to advantage his own. If that's not the definition of admin abuse/metagaming then I don't know what is.

For example when VLA burned down a project building in ganton he just happened to be watching us. Might I add that we were all /mask'd then he goes to Lance and tells him that 4 Mexicans just burned down a project and after we changed cars told him the color of our new car even though he had yet to see it.

Later I was on my alt explaining to Wax and Kimberly what happened oocly and he turned out to be specing me and said something to the effect of, "I don't care what Dapa said he's retarded I know what happened because I saw you and so I told the members of ogf" -- In the entire city of Los Santos or better yet the entire map how could he have known where we were without specing us then using it against us to tell OGF?

When I was roleplaying as my Sean character that got CK'ed I had faith that he wasn't breaking rules, being that he's an admin and you don't expect from someone who is supposed to be a role-model to the community members. I genuinely thought he was doing all of this legitimately as he continued to play me like a fool. When I got CK'ed, then I started realizing all the MG and PG he'd done over that time period.
He always knows where you are, and if you try to see if he's following you, guess what, he's not. He's like a ghost, never seen or heard from IG until he finally fucks you over and kills you. When we were in Temple and he killed us we knew that he had to be looking for us, and we hid our cars. When I was Sean he literally went alone on his hitman operations all the time which that in itself is PG, and he HUNTED us all day.
 HE SOMEHOW FOUND US and got into position on a rooftop with his sniper. I had to go AFK in our RP and when I came back I see that he killed us, probably waiting for the right time to kill and when I said I'd be AFK he came out to strike.
This guy abuses /spec BEYOND BELIEF, there was only 1 TIME when he wasn't specing us, and thank heavens for /hs. I try to talk to him when he /specs and he acts like he's AFK when he's probably just listening in to our RP's. It's gotten so bad that I fear to talk about his faction IC without using PM's because I know he'll be /spec'ing.

Edit: And frankly, I don't think his RP is of the quality it needs to be for a faction like AM, I'm sorry, it's the truth.

I might be banned and my opinion might not matter, but I have to say: a couple of months (?) ago when I was roleplaying on this server seriously, Bull would start trolling and annoy everyone every time Compton was offline. He was roleplaying smacking people in the face with cocaine or something, he kept trolling even when he was told to go away. You can ask anyone you want, that's what he did.

Also, as almost everybody else above me, I'd like to confirm that Bull had MGed and PGed MANY times, especially when he was in PD.
By the way, how comes Bull can have a gun that almost nobody on WCL has access to? E.g. sniper.. seems like abusing to me.

Furthermore, I've heard that Bull roleplays in a way which could be considered... kind of "powergaming" or simply totally unrealistic (smth like the 16-year-old outsider who acts like an o dogg from the first day in the gang) which is not really against the rules, but, in my honest opinion, an admin should roleplay realistically and not break the rules. I don't care about WCL anymore, but I had to say these things, also, Bull has a shitty attitude and behaves like an angry 8-year-old sometimes, I don't think that that's how an admin should behave and talk.

That's the whole point! With the situation at Emmett's where he described the black merit how would he know that we were in that car? In a real life situation dozens of cars would be on the road as well as people walking on th sidewalks, etc. how would he know out of everyone the people in the Merit called the police unless he was abusing or specing is for a second.

Talked with CPT about selling weapons, he allowed me he didn't said any limits, what am I able to sell and what not so I guess mafia can get most of the weapons eh? In other case if mafia isn't involved in weapon selling remove it that first thing.

Seconldy if I'm fallowing someone, what's the big deal? If I fallow to someone to Jefferson motel and if I will notice their cars there I will wait on them until they won't come out so I can keep fallowing, where exactly is MG here?

If I take sniper and if it isn't alowed then CPT should mention that asap, also I sold Combat shotgun to Rashid, if I'm not allowed to do that then just say it.

Also scene when you burned that complex in Ganton DaPa, Compton confirmed whole story I told you so I won't speak about that a lot, idk why they rped that mexicans burned it because I just informed them that someone is burning complex there and I left the area.

I can spec people however I want if I'm not RPing, that's why I'm going on admin duty also and responding on reports and so on, a lot of time I'm just in spectating mode and I'm AFK with attempt to bring people online and you are doing drama with this lol.

Then you just last scene at Emmet's? first of all I heard vehicle cruising around Emmet's place, then Rashid came from nowhere I asked where he parked the car because vehicle wasn't parked near, I also noticed people behind houses - coming from Sewer lines under Willowfield-Seville bridge, they all were near houses and then they just gone, also I didn't trusted to your RP, you wanted a lot of weapons and you were there "alone" without car, also with that I mentioned that we will meet alone somewhere only because I noticed people near houses, so I thought it's trap, and you know what I saw masked guy in front of me at the corner at Emmet's place, at that moment I rped that I noticed someone and I just drove away, and you know what Rashid? Somehow when I just drove over the corner I noticed same masked guy - after that I checked from where were people comming from and look where were cars parked? So this is my proof about this story that I was able to notice people coming from sewer lines.


Next thing VLA under that bridge, I was near bridge at IW gas station, noticed people at tunnel under "Little Mexico" area, I called the police that they are armed that's all, and here was DaPa again about his MG and shit and because you all are connected on skype you skiped that scene and said that I MGed that somehow.

Next thing is Katie at Emmet's place, Black Sentinel was cruising and scoping us at Emmet's place all the time, I ordered to Rolla to check it, so he just passed over there, afterwards he even took photos of vehicle there, afterwards I ordered that we will move from the place because it's to dangerous because of cops, we moved to other place, I mentioned that I saw same Merit on Grove Street, then I also said that I noticed that car near Alhambra with few people inside, then I went to bridge at Grove Street and same Santinel came there and Katie steped out of it and lean on it, I called AM members that we will attack people on Grove Street, They came there and Katie /lspec me because I tried it with /hs, but fuck it we went there and RP that we shot all over the place leaving message for them.

Scene at Rashid's CK, you was parked at Burgershot and I was just passing by dressed in VLA skin, I noticed Rashid parked over there so I went behind burgershot and RPed that I stealthly walked there and jumped on backseats then I noticed he is AFK there, so I was sticking to this rule:

40. You cannot take advantage when a player who has the UPPER HAND goes away from keyboard. Example, you cannot run away from somebody who is aiming a gun at you, if he has to go away from keyboard. Also DaPa show me my /do command proving that I'm rping Italian guy with fucking accent, Nobody said we are rping strict Italian mafia, so your crap doesn't prove nothing, and I was able to speak with DP guys there because I don't have any Italian accent, I wanted just to get more info on VLA as it was order also.

The only thing I can say is that I'm rping getting weapons by smuggling them from SF, because my character is comming from SF Icly and it's hired profesional contract killer. So that's why I'm using camera usualy from distances that people can notice me and fallowing them from distance, I don't know what are DP up to Icly that's why we even tried to put Mark between them, and I was on Grove Bridge watching him, I noticed he fucked up so I went to other location where I noticed Rhyme is aiming at him so I was able to save him and he is back between us. I think that's all from my side, and no /lspec wasn't used if I wasn't on admin duty, whatever I saw from text wasn't used in any kind of adventage, and whoever is claiming that I was MGing in PD I'm requesting proofs that will prove everything, now it's up to Kompton to say something.

Selling weapons, I allowed, but if the weapons are globaly disabled on the server, things like: sawn off and snipers, why do you give them to yourself? That's unfair and you should not abuse it. Is that clear enough? I thought disabling those weapons on the server was clear enough that they are not meant to be used in RP's.(only events)

I was sure I was able to buy Sawn off shotgun one day.. tried right now and I can't, also disabling weapons on server? How if I still see that hackers can hack them without getting kicked, also I gave molotovs to DP back in the days nobody wasn't kicked, civilians can have M4 - if they are hacked and nobody isn't kicked, same thing is with Sniper so I thought weapons aren't really disabled, so that's why I also rped selling most of the weapons, in other case I'm sorry if there is limit.

The car was swapped in Jefferson when you were met it was the gas station and you went on the way to El Corona. The entire way and the torching I was looking all around no one was there yet somehow you knew and was at El Corona that same moment.
