Wednesday, March 26, 2014On Monday morning March 24, 2014, at approximately 1030 hours, the victim Hector F. Chavez's body were found on Los Santos railroad, Red county zone.

Description: On December 26, 2001 at, 4:30 p.m., the suspect and the victim, both associated with the Toonerville street gang, became involved in an argument while seated in the victim’s vehicle. The victim was seated in the driver’s side and the suspect in the passenger seat. The suspect used a 9mm semi-auto pistol to shot the victim multiple times, killing him. The suspect ran to the waiting 1997 Ford F-150 pick-up and fled the area. The Ford F-150 pick-up was impounded and is not wanted at this time. Additional: The suspect is an admitted member of the Toonerville street gang, which is known to congregate in the Northeast area of Los Angeles, and the Cities of Tujunga and Glendale.

Chaves had sustained multiple lacerations to the head. Get his body parts chopped by the axe and burned down after. -The motive is unknown. - A suspect has been taken into custody. However, the suspect's name is being withheld. Pending further investigation. The FBI of the Los Santos District confirms that it is a murder, Hector F. Chaves was brutally strangles and ripped in parts with an axe and burned. He was dragged to the spot of death in an inhumanity manner. Some body parts can tell us that he was bitten by animals before death.
FBI agent K. Rogers was on the scene to investigate the aftermath of the murder. He was sent back to the scene to investigate the actual torture place.
