"Deal Gone Wrong" [Updated]

This event is unique in the way that it has roleplay elements and shooting elements at the same time. The story is simple, the Da Nang Boys from San Fierro are receiving a shipment of cocaine from Colombia and a cartel is sending the drugs. IC'ly the police have found out about what has happened through an informant. The skins that will be used are below, and more below that are the rules of the event, there is more information too. The event will take place at Ocean Docks.

The weapons that can be used during the event are the AK-47, MP5, Colt 45, and the Micro UZI. Other weapons are not allowed because they aren't balanced for many reasons, and during the event you'd really notice why. I would allow the shotgun, but it isn't very fair because of it's ridiculously unrealistic range and the fact the pellets go below vehicles and can still hit people in cover. The police and the criminals will get time to roleplay anything, the criminals can roleplay the deal, and the police can roleplay the events leading up to the ambush. Criminals will have any vehicle they desire that can be found around L.S. as long as it is not a Sultan. The police will have any vehicles in the police garage. Cops will take Cadet skins and their skins will be changed to the authorities skins provided above and will be armed with the weapons allowed above. Criminals will take civilian skins and will be given the criminal skins provided above and armed with weapons that are allowed.

All roleplay rules count here, no rambo, no powergame, metagame, or anything else that ruins roleplay normally, so basically, follow the server rules. To prevent metagame, the police can't say when they will come out, and the criminals can't know anything that they wouldn't know in real life. The in game time is at night during the event, to prevent people from seeing each other from miles away. You cannot drive away from the shootout area, the people still alive on the winning team get 4k. If you are caught leaving the area, cheating by using drugs to increase health, or anything of that sort, you'll get disqualified and kicked. If you aren't in the event, you can't come and interrupt.

The date of the event will be determined once I can find what time is suitable for everyone.
Please tell me below when school ends for everyone, because in some places people still have school, so..
Oh and I almost forgot, the police CANNOT use the /cure command to revive teammates, be fair please.

Well as an event  I don't mind having my faction involved, but there's simply the thing that we don't even get supplied by Sinaloa cartel, plus the police doesn't even got half of the evidence to track us, lol. Just pick another organization.
