16 years and 8 months without tracks, without evidence, without witnesses and without any clue, the police was in a total chaos until yesterday.
Mister Gerard Eldic was arrested and prosecuted for the murder on 4 Afro-American citizens who are affiliated with the Kilo Tray' Balla set.
People in his neighborhood were interrogated. The police concluded the following statement:
"Mister Eldic was very known as the softy, the guy who always had a smile on his face, the guy who wake up to live another day of his life with happiness; thus Frank Tenpenny"

After 17 years the arrest of Gerard Eldic resulted in a prosecution a day after the arrest.
It's the first crime solved after such a long time in history.
