Tell something you know about this gang: Temple Drive Ballas is one of the four ballas sets, located in Market. It's mostly known for its rivalry against Temple Drive Families. The set has not made a huge effect in Los Santos, though. It's basically too far from the other gangs in Los Santos. Like the other ballas sets, Temple Drive Ballas is involved in the drug dealing business, purchasing mostly crack as it is their favorite kind of drug. The gang has had many leaders trying to reach the gang to it's top, some of them succeeded, but not for long.

Don't plan on getting a lot, you think I expected people to come out the blue to help me with my faction? I had to get a lot of help from close friends.

You should join Jiggy, he's doing well so far and is near the point of getting accepted.So instead of splitting up into 2 applies, you should team up and try to make TDB active again.
