How does your character look:

Tell something you know about this gang:
The LSV is a big and powerful latin-american gang in the SP.
They control Los Flores, Las Colinas and East Beach at the east side of L.S.
Vagos are known for their drug business and cooperations with the Ballas and the Russian Mafia.
But I don't plan to run Vagos exactly like in the SP. It will be much more violent and it's main
business will be weapon dealing while drugs will be sold by the side sometimes.
The relationships with other gangs will also be different. Depends on the situation.

What faction do you want to lead: Los Santos Vagos
Why do you want to lead this faction: I'm very interested in the latin gangster RP.
I lead [VLA] for a while now and nothing scared me off. I stood loyal to the gang although it was empty and dead.
Now I just want to switch the sides, 'cuz I started to like Vagos more. Nothing will change.
I will stay loyal to the gang and make the best out of it. Just on the other side this time.

Can you be a good and active leader: I can do a good leader job.
I'm not super active but I'm IG almost every day for at least 2 hours. During the week even longer at the evening.

Thats the point Niko, he got it, he didnt apply for it.

That rule only works if the person applied to lead a faction and left it less than in 3 months.
