1. A. Selecing a Born Name.First when you want to make a black character, select a name.
BornNames should be simple, dont make something up like "Dennis Fireman" or something, use simple, on this server originality of born name is not so needed
because server is [TAG]NAME script. But still you cant just be Tupac_Rules or something like that, there's a lot of proper afro-american names you could use

Note: Try to avoid taking names from Singleplayer or real life celebrity persons, its not orginal, neither creative. Be your own man.B. Selecing a street nameIf you wanna be someone on streets, you gotta have your Alias, right?
Street Name dont have always to be something upper cool. Like "Destroya" or something. Sometimes when you use simple name (like me for example, name is Dan).
Still creativity is appriciated, when you call your char "Killa" or "Thugsta" its not showing how you are cool, its showing how you are low on creativity.
Also good idea is, that nickname is built on your behavior or your first name.. like:
if your char is fast, and wise thinking, he should be named "Speedy" or "Speedy Loc", Lil Speedy, Killa Speed
or
if your char is named Jammal, why dont you simple name name him Jamm, Lil Jamm, Young Jamm, (if he is young) Big Jamm, Fat Jamm, (fat)
if your char is named Rasheed, why dont you simple name him Sheed? or Rash?
there's also exceptions, this was example, you can use names like "Shaolin" and so on. Its all depending on your way of roleplay and your story,behavior and your personal wish.2. Background Story (Age,Born Place etc)After you made your name, you should focus on background story, here are some tips for proper black ghetto RP in story area.
I often see people writting in their Character stories how they come from other citties or other neighborhoods (in worse situations country).
If you want to make your Character come from Vice City to Los Santos to join a gang, ask yourself few questions
1. Why would a grown person from a sunshine beach from Vice City come to gang capital of the nation where he can find only death and sorrow.
2. Would his lifestyle fit into west coast life style?
3. How would the OGs of the neighborhood react when somebody from different coast come and act like he live in that neighborhood for long and screams "[insert hood name] for life!"
and he didnt spent a week there? (In real life, if you come to other hood, Comptonl, you can get fucked up before you say your name if you scream "Compton 4 Life" and you aint from compton.
Instead of that, if you want to RP a propper black ghetto afro american you should make your background story in this direction
- Since ghetto is place of poverty, its realistic that your character starts as a poor dude and earns his respect
- If you want to roleplay as outsider to the Front Yard Ballas, then you should add to your background story that you was born in Idlewood, and was raised there too
- If you want to roleplay as outsider to a gang, then you should start with age of 13-15, because most of gangsters IRL gets attracted to a gang when they are
very young, so they dont know whats good and whats bad. Example: i heard on news some days ago some 13 years old dude from mexican cut heads of 3 people
and did multiple kidnaps with his cartel. So its good like you start with no cash, young, and as the time passes and you get more respect and promoted in gang,
you increase your age.
- Good way is to RP that you dont wanna do all that shit but you got no choice
- RP that you wanna go to college but you got no money or stipendions for it.
Example of proper way to start with gang and unfold your story:
D Boy got 13 years, his parents was poor because of the life in the ghetto, he was hanging with his friends all the time in Seville untill he bumped in
some SBF OGs on the street, he knew what gang was that and he respected them much because he heard hood tales about them, he started hanging with them while OGs
unoticly to D Boy dragged him deep into crimes as he became their runnin boy and they used him in war against ballas. OGz was heros in his eyes. As D Boy's life unfolded,
he started getting more money, better car, he had much respect, could have every girl he wanted in his neighborhood, and kids started hearing tales about him.
As he became one of the OGz when he was around 23 years old, and the old kingpin got killed by Ballas, D-Boy took the chance to maintain the situation in his
benefits and claimed himself as the kingpin.
Probably you would say "Ahh he's born in idlewood, what can i add interesting in his char story? he wasnt attacked by anyone and so on, baaah". You are wrong.
well, you could make in interesting by adding to your char story some school fights, hood fights, gettin in argues with parents, meeting gang members.
And one more thing, you dont need supper ubber cool story to start RP. As you keep RP'ing thats how your character's saga unfolds and makes things more interesting.
Its kinda dumb that you RP you came from Liberty City and so on. 2pac did came from East Coast to west but he wasnt in gang, and MC Eiht was all the time in compton,
thats why he is in gang.
I REPEAT, YOU DONT HAVE TO FOLLOW, BUT THIS IS FOR BETTER/PROPER/MORE REALISTIC GHETTO RP.3. Way of Acting Toward Gang MembersYou got yourself a story and all, you gave birth to a new character but you dont know how to start in gang and not get your ass kicked, here is some tips for
way of acting toward gang members.
3.A. Way of Acting Toward Older Members if you are younger (Homies Version)First of all, when you approach OG you gotta show respect. Imagine yourself IRL, a kid with empty pockets approach ice cold killer who got multiple scars
and risking his life all the time and acts toward him like he is some B***h, ou would get beated, in worse situations killed. You have to show respect.
IRL, youngsters get attracted by the hood stories of the OGz thats why they wanna get in gang, to be someone and have a real family. Not to kill (DM) like you think.
Remember. you can kill thousand of rivals but if in eyes of your OGz you are a piece of shit, then you are noone and noone respect you. OG is always right.
Deal with it. Life aint fair and roleplay is a simulating a life. if you listen to OGz on their every word, their respect to you will raise faster.
Note: Its better if you RP you never did a kill before you joined a gang. And if you show fear when you kill in RP you will show your real RP skills,
dont just kill, act like you are scared and you dont want, noone is born like a psycho lol, neither you are rambo. But if he says that you gotta kill, you
do it, just act like you are scared a bit.
3.B Way of Acting Toward Older Members if you are younger (Enemies Version)Older Homies dragged you deep into gang war and trouble, now, you just got in war with lunatics and psychos.
You are a BG and you are in shootout or fight with OG, how should you act? Ofcourse you gotta show fear a little, especially if he looks older, that prooves
that he is ice cold and he survived a lot because he know how to survive. Show some fear, gang life is all about fear and respect
You are a BG and you beated up OG and he's knocked out or shot and injured, dont be like "F**k him he pussy". If you know his name and you know he is OG, ask yourself
"What if he wakes up? What if he remembers me? Shit he gotta send them niggaz on me!". You would be like "so what im in trouble, F**k it i learnt to." but thats
wrong, of course you can kill him, but dont act like you kill a lil bug lol.
IMPORTANT - BGS GOTTA HAVE RESPECT FOR OG'S IN THEIR GANG, AND FEAR FOR OG'S IN RIVAL GANG
3.C. Way of Acting Toward Younger Members if you are older (Homies Version)This is simplest, chill with them, teach them tricks etc, send them to buy you beers or shit, if they refuse you see how they respect you. Simple as that
3.D. Way of Acting Toward Young Members if you are older (enemies version)Scare them, beat them, no need to kill, killing a BG brings no respect. Show them who's in charge, bully them etc.

5. Hood RoleplayYou made a story and all that, but you dont know what to do beside shooting and brawling, here is some tips.
Gangsters dont go on drive by all the time in their life. Chill more in hood, there's planty way to have fun
- Chill in hood hangouts
- Do rap battles
- Dices
- Play Poker (could be possible if you RP it proper lol)
- Play Basketball
- go to homies crib and watch games/porn/tv shows
- get high
- get drunk
- deal drugs (Can be done in RP)
- look for some hoes (can be done in RP)
- Steal things
- Pickpocket local residents
- Burglars
- Cleaning your guns
- Playing some games, like competting who gonna hit the glass on the wall by throwing little rock
- Drama RP with your girlfriend (could be amuzing too xD)
- Hood tales, talk about past, dead homies,
- Visit homies graves
- Fix your cars
- If you RP younger you can RP doing your homework with your friends, also youngsters of the gang xD
- Visit local bars
there's plenty way of doing it.
KEEP HOOD RP IN YOUR HOOD, NOT ALLIES HOOD.
6. Rising RespectYou know all the basic stuff, but you dont know how to get yourself higher status on streets
As i said before, killing thousand of rivals wont bring you respect as being cool with homies, but you cant be a pussy also.
Always listen your homie, no matter is he higher or lower, you are brothers in arms, sharing blood,pain,weed and all that together.
You have a friends right? Well homie love is bigger than friend love, Homies was always down with you, risking his life for you, partners
in crimes. Never beef or shoot a homie, because gangs dont like people who blast on homies in their crew, remember. And if OG send you to buy cigars for him,
however embarrasing it sounds for you, JUST DO IT, he'll see how you listen and thats the way he sees your real RP skills.
Well after all, thats how everybody starts on the street. And if you keep with gang, and get OG status, you would like to send someone younger to get yourself cigars.
How would you feel if he refuses? Disrespected? Ofcourse you will.
7. Expressing yourself to Neighborhood Community ( Not Important)You are now a black male, living poor and surrounded by drugs, thugs, hookers.
Blame the society! Like everybody do! Its not important to add it here, but i dont know, its not unhelping, and whats not unhelping, then its helping xD
You should act like you dont give a F**k if old man crosses the street, you live in ghetto, its a misery. etc. Its simple, blame the government, cops, everyone.
