You should stop asking why doesn't anybody vote and asking for votes, whatever, and simply roleplay and take screenshots of it and post here. Make some ranks, diplomacy, something to prepare yourself. You don't just to expect to get 8 votes out of nowhere and boom you're the leader? Make roleplays, take screenshots, make ranks, make a logo/picture, make a how to be a Russian guide, do something and not just make an application and wait for others to post. Anywho, neutral for now.
